            Your privacy is the foundation of VaultStack. All supplement data, health information, and personal preferences are stored exclusively on your device. No account is required. No data is sold. No health information is transmitted to our servers.
        

1. Information We Collect

Data Stored On Your Device

The following data is stored locally in the app's SQLite database and never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to enable cloud backup:

Supplement names, brands, barcodes, and dosage information you enter or scan
Your supplement stacks, schedules, and cycling configurations
Dose logging history and mood/energy tracking
Profile information (age, weight, gender, dietary preferences, wellness goals)
App preferences (theme selection, notification settings)

Optional Data

Camera: Used exclusively for barcode scanning and label OCR. Images are processed on-device and never uploaded.

Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics): If the app crashes, anonymized crash data (device model, OS version, crash stack trace) is sent to Google Firebase.

Analytics (Firebase Analytics): Anonymized usage events help us understand feature adoption. No personal data or supplement information is included.

Feedback (Supabase): If you choose to submit feedback, the message text and app version are stored in a Supabase database.

2. How We Use Information

Operate and improve the app's features
Send local notifications you configure (supplement reminders, streak milestones)
Display relevant advertising via Google AdMob (non-personalised ads)
Respond to technical issues through crash reports

3. Third-Party Services

Google Firebase — Anonymized analytics and crash reporting
Google AdMob — Non-personalised advertisements
Open Food Facts API — Anonymous barcode lookup
Amazon Associates — Affiliate refill links (Amazon may set cookies)
Supabase — Optional feedback storage

4. Data Security

Your supplement and health data remains securely on your device. We do not have servers that process or store your supplement information. We employ industry-standard encryption for any optional cloud features.

5. Your Rights

Right to Access: All your data is accessible within the app. No external request needed.
Right to Delete: Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.
Right to Opt Out: Disable analytics in the app settings.
