1. Using the game

These terms apply to Mono Vaders: Space Shooter, provided by MojoSoft (J Pearson). By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms yourself, involve your parent or guardian.

2. Licence and ownership

MojoSoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for personal entertainment, subject to these terms. The game and its original content remain the property of their respective owners. You may share screenshots, videos and streams of your gameplay. Do not redistribute the game or its assets, remove ownership notices or bypass technical protections, except where applicable law permits it.

3. Fair play and leaderboard names

Do not submit fraudulent scores, use cheats or automated tools to manipulate rankings, interfere with online services, or use abusive, unlawful or impersonating display names. We may remove inappropriate names or scores and restrict access to online features where necessary to address misuse.

4. Advertising and virtual rewards

The game includes advertising and optional rewarded-ad features. Rewards depend on successful completion and verification of the relevant activity. Virtual items, scores and rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Network failures or service interruptions can affect availability.

5. Progress and online services

Keep in mind that clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove local progress. Online rankings and features may change, be unavailable or be discontinued. We may update gameplay, balance and features over time. The Privacy Policy explains data handling.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a working game, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights and liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
