DOSETRACK IS A PERSONAL MEDICATION JOURNAL AND ALARM TOOL. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
Always follow the exact prescription instructions and advice provided by your prescribing doctor, pharmacist, or qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely solely on mobile notifications or automated app alerts for critical medical administration.
Because DoseTrack operates with a 100% local-first data architecture, all your medication schedules, adherence records, and refill stock counts are saved locally on your physical device. You are solely responsible for keeping your device secure and utilizing device backup mechanisms to preserve your data.
The Application, including its design code, NHS Blue clinical layout, brand assets, vector icons, and software architecture, is the exclusive intellectual property of MojoSoft / J Pearson.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MojoSoft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Application, including missed doses, alarm delivery delays caused by operating system battery optimizations, or lost local data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
