Welcome to DoseCurve. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoseCurve mobile application provided by MojoSoft ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using DoseCurve, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
DoseCurve is a personal tracking journal and informational utility. DoseCurve is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not calculate, prescribe, recommend, or alter your medication dose. Always follow your prescriber's directions and consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical advice.
DoseCurve provides an on-device personal journal to track prescribed GLP-1 / GIP doses, reminders, weight, and symptoms. The application is intended for adults aged 18 or older following a prescribed treatment plan under the supervision of a licensed physician or healthcare provider.
DoseCurve operates on a local-first model. Medication records, adherence history, weight logs, and symptoms are stored in your device's local database. You are solely responsible for:
DoseCurve includes an informational catalog of commercially available GLP-1 / GIP products, dosing options, and trial summaries derived from regulatory drug databases (such as openFDA and NHS dm+d). This reference material is provided for educational and organizational convenience only and does not constitute medical advice or a endorsement of any product.
All software code, graphic user interface designs, icons, trademarks, and branding for DoseCurve are the intellectual property of MojoSoft / J Pearson. Brand names, logos, and trademarks of third-party pharmaceutical products (e.g. Wegovy®, Zepbound®, Saxenda®, Ozempic®) are the property of their respective trademark holders and are referenced for identification purposes only.
DoseCurve is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every mobile device OS.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MojoSoft and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use DoseCurve.
