Contraction Timer is a mobile application designed to help pregnant individuals and their birth partners track and monitor labor contractions. The App provides:

You retain all ownership rights to your contraction data. Your data is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
You may export your data at any time using the App's CSV export feature. You are responsible for how you share or distribute your exported data.
We use industry-standard encryption (SQLCipher) to protect your data on your device. However, you are responsible for:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, code, text, displays, graphics, user interface, visual design, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by MojoSoft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Contraction Timer" and the App's logos and designs are trademarks of MojoSoft. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.
The App uses Supabase for optional anonymous feedback storage. Supabase's terms and privacy policy apply to that service. See: https://supabase.com/privacy
We do not endorse any third-party services, and inclusion does not imply endorsement.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOJOSOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

If, notwithstanding the foregoing, we are found liable for any damages, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MojoSoft regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through:

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, internet failures, or government restrictions.

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the App without compensation or attribution.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and MojoSoft.
