2. Description of Service
Boston Transit provides real-time arrivals, timetables, stop locations, multi-modal journey planning, and transit maps for public transportation across Greater Boston and Massachusetts.
3. Timetable Data & Disclaimers
Timetable and real-time departure information is sourced from open data feeds provided by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA V3 API). MojoSoft makes no guarantees regarding the complete accuracy or live precision of schedules during emergency service disruptions. Official MBTA operator announcements take precedence over app displays.
4. Limitation of Liability
MojoSoft shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed transport connections, travel delays, or reliance on information presented within the app.
