1. Acceptance

By using Amsterdam Transit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Information and data sources

The app presents public transport information for bus, tram, metro, ferry and rail services in the Amsterdam region. It uses configured public feeds, bundled timetable data, stop databases and published network guides. Data may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or unavailable.

Important: Check official operator information before travelling. Do not rely on the app as the sole source for safety-critical, time-critical, or accessibility decisions.

3. Independent status

Amsterdam Transit is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by GVB, NS, the municipality of Amsterdam, or any other transport operator or public authority. Operator names and marks belong to their respective owners.

4. Permissions and optional features

Location, notifications, alarms and advertising-related permissions are optional or feature-dependent. If you do not grant a permission, the related feature may be unavailable or less accurate.

5. Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or its data sources. Network feeds may impose their own usage terms.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided for general informational purposes without a guarantee that information is accurate, complete, current, or available. To the extent permitted by law, MojoSoft and J Pearson are not liable for missed journeys, delays, losses, travel costs, service disruption, or decisions made using the app.

7. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, feeds, or the app. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
