1. Who we are
Amsterdam Transit is an independent transit information application published by MojoSoft and developed by J Pearson. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@mojosoft.co.uk.
2. Information the app uses
Location
If you grant location permission, the app uses your device location to calculate nearby stops and stations. Location is used for the requested feature and is not sold. You can deny or withdraw permission in Android settings.
App preferences
Language, appearance, favourites, alarms and similar settings are stored locally on your device. Alarm configuration is used to schedule notifications when you enable an alarm.
Transport information
The app requests or reads public transport information from configured public data feeds and uses bundled timetable, stop and network-guide data. These sources can change, be unavailable, or contain errors.
3. Advertising and diagnostics
The free app may display advertising through Google Mobile Ads. Advertising providers may process device or advertising information under their own policies and applicable consent choices. The app may record limited technical diagnostics such as errors or loading failures. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing and retention
We do not rent or sell your personal information. Information stored locally remains on your device unless you use an operating-system backup or another device service. Data processed by advertising, operating-system, or public-feed providers is handled under their policies.
5. Children
Amsterdam Transit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Your choices and rights
You can disable location, notifications, alarms, or advertising permissions through the app or Android settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information we control. Contact us first using the address above.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when the app, data sources, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top indicates the current version.
