A&E Times UK shows historical wait patterns and forecasts. It is not a diagnosis, triage, or substitute for professional medical advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using A&E Times UK (com.aecommander.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall and cease using the application.

2. Purpose & Disclaimer of Accuracy

A&E Times UK is an informational utility that displays historical wait forecasts, opening hours, directions and guides based on public NHS statistics. While we strive to provide useful and accurate information:

Forecasts are historical estimates derived from published NHS data, not live queue times or guarantees.
Actual waits change constantly with demand, staffing, and clinical priority.
Always call 999 in an emergency, or 111 if you are unsure whether you need A&E. Never delay urgent treatment to compare wait times.
The app is an independent service and is not operated, approved, or endorsed by the NHS.

3. Intellectual Property & Independence

A&E Times UK is an independent application created by MojoSoft. NHS and hospital names referenced within the app belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for informational identification under nominative fair use.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MojoSoft and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this application, including any reliance on forecast or wait information.
