You are not required to provide any personal data to use the application. You can view wait forecasts, opening hours, directions and guides anonymously.

B. Automatically Processed Information

Local App Preferences: Display mode, distance units, time format, and consent choices are saved locally on your device using on-device storage. You can delete them at any time from Settings.
Location: If you grant the location permission, your coordinates are used only on your device to rank nearby services. They are never transmitted, stored, or sent to our servers.
Analytics and Advertising: Analytics and advertising are disabled until you give consent in Settings.
Feedback: In this prototype, submitted feedback is simulated and is not stored or transmitted.

3. Third-Party Services & Open Data

A&E Times UK uses public NHS England statistics and NHS.uk service data (Open Government Licence v3.0). No personal identifying information is transmitted to these providers.

4. Children's Privacy

A&E Times UK does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

5. UK GDPR & Data Rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, users have the right to privacy and control over their data. Because we do not collect personal profiles, accounts, or cloud tracking logs, no personal data is stored or processed on our servers.
